My family chose Falls Church seven years ago for its exceptional community and schools. I fell in love with the Little City and sought a way to be more engaged. For the last 5 years, I’ve served on the Citizens Advisory Committee on Transportation, most recently as the chairman. This role that gave me an intimate understanding of our streets, our neighborhoods, and our city’s development.
While my work on CACT has been incredibly rewarding, I believe I can provide more to Falls Church.

Through my children I have experienced the full range of our exceptional schools. We started our educational journey in Arlington and while we found the schools excellent, Falls Church is better. Our schools are a crown jewel of the city, and I am committed to supporting their continued excellence.
My daughter is a 2024 graduate of Meridian High School and now enjoying life at New York University. My son is an eighth grader at Mary Ellen Henderson and previously attended Oak Street and Mount Daniel elementary schools.

After earning an engineering degree and commission at Georgia Tech, I served our country as a US Army communications officer. That service, which took me from Georgia to South Korea and Arizona, taught me the importance of clear communication and decisive action. It shaped my leadership skills and continues to be a huge influence on my business career. It’s why I believe in people, commitment and ethical behavior.

Following my Army service I earned an MBA at Cornell. I landed in the D.C. area and it’s here that I helped pioneer great communication offerings at companies like MCI, Iridium, and Nextel — shaping the very way people connect.
My career reflects a commitment to delivering customer-centric digital solutions across various industries. Through leadership in mobile product development, strategic consulting, and innovative solution design I have consistently driven business growth and user engagement. The launch of a new service or product is not an end, but a beginning.
I will bring my skills listening to multiple perspectives to the city council and help our government become more than the sum of its parts.
